Sorry guys, it's fake, a very good fake but a fake non-the-less. The guy left a stray block of pixels near the head that overlap the wrist. Otherwise, even the pixel blocks appear to match very well.
That said, it's still an enjoyable work of art. Kudos
to the artist. FYI: A quick search revealed that the
world's biggest dick is 23 inches long (what a monster that would be, alas there was no picture).
