I just looked it up on the web...it was from the Hustler December 1975 issue, vol 2, issue #6. His name was Butch Williams and the pictorial was titled "Butch---a Black Stud and his Georgia Peach"
I think his name was Butch...and you're right, it is from Hustler magazine around that time. I don't know if he did anything else.
